Surviving the Summer Healthy

I always feel like summer is the perfect time to get on track with my health. It’s warm, it’s sunny, it’s nice enough to be outside…But, then I remember that summer is also the time for vacations, weddings, barbecues, and realize how TOUGH it is to stay on track during the summer. Before I really got started with my healthy lifestyle, I’d work really hard to “prepare” for an event and eat really healthy leading up to vacation and then just completely let my guard down while on vacation. The worst part was, though, that this made it even HARDER to get back on track when I got home.
