I don’t know what it is but as soon as everyone starts heading back to school, I feel like it’s automatically fall. And you know what that means…It’s time for all things pumpkin – at least in my world! One of my favorite parts of fall is getting to enjoy all the delicious flavors! I don’t know about you, but we love a good pizza night around here. But our typical go-to always leaves me feeling blah for the next day or so. I wanted to switch it up and make and had heard great things about the cauliflower-crust pizza trend, and we love cauliflower mash. So I decided to go for it, and I’m so glad we did!!!

Naturally Sweetened “Reese Cup” Oatmeal

I’m always looking for sweet alternatives, especially since I’ve been sticking to a very low to no added sugar diet. Now, before we got anywhere, don’t get me wrong. I love a sweet treat every now and then, but I feel SO much better when I’m off processed sugar and limit even natural sugars like honey. So, I’ve gotten a little creative on how to sweeten things, so I thought I’d share one of my new favorites!It's tough to find things to tame your sweet tooth when cutting sugar.
