Okay, okay, I understand there may be some of you out there who are just rolling your eyes because you can’t stand the thought of hearing any more about the beloved PSL. While I am an avid lover of this delectable beverage, I won’t bore you with another rendition on that. However, I do want to share a few reasons you may want to consider adding pumpkin to your healthy food repertoire outside of your coffee mug.
