Winter is probably the hardest time of year to stay healthy, but essential oils can definitely help. From the typical cold to the more progressive flu or even just general malaise, a number of different conditions can affect your healthy at this time of year. So, what can you do about it? Aside from staying active, eating a balanced diet, and using essential oils of course. While you can use almost any oils to stay healthy this time of you, I have a few favorites that seem to work double duty. Let’s just put it out there…Losing weight isn’t easy, but there is something that can help—essential oils! I’ve always struggled with keeping my weight consistent and have tried multiple different ways to manage my weight. All in all, the most effective strategies I’ve found are regular exercise, controlling caloric intake, and eating foods that work for my body.
