Meal Planning to Save Money

One of our most common excuses for avoiding healthy eating is that it’s too expensive, and we don’t have the money. While I’ll agree that healthy eating can be costly, it really doesn’t have to be that much more expensive than any other type of eating if you use some simple strategies to stick to a budget. I’ve been using these tricks for months, and I can honestly say that we’re able to save money each week but still stay on track with our healthy eating goals.
