Winter is probably the hardest time of year to stay healthy, but essential oils can definitely help. From the typical cold to the more progressive flu or even just general malaise, a number of different conditions can affect your healthy at this time of year. So, what can you do about it? Aside from staying active, eating a balanced diet, and using essential oils of course. While you can use almost any oils to stay healthy this time of you, I have a few favorites that seem to work double duty. Like I said, I’ve always had skin issues, but the thing that really compounded the issue was shaving.
