I don’t know about you, but we love a good pizza night around here. But our typical go-to always leaves me feeling blah for the next day or so. I wanted to switch it up and make and had heard great things about the cauliflower-crust pizza trend, and we love cauliflower mash. So I decided to go for it, and I’m so glad we did!!!

One of the ways that I’ve found to be most successful staying on track with healthy eating is meal planning, obviously. But aside from that, I also try to plan ahead for extra challenges by factoring our schedule and weekly activities into the plan.
