I’ve always loved baking sweets and treats for the ones I love. (Seriously, ask my hubby. I used to mail him boxes of cookies when we were dating and living 6 hours apart.)
Today not much has changed. I still love sharing baked goods with my sweet little family. But instead of the regular variety, I tweak my recipes to make them a little more nutritious (without sacrificing on flavor)!

I am always looking for fun new breakfast recipes that are still HEALTHY! After having been on vacation and losing a week to more travel and other activities, I was really needing to get back on track with my eating but still wanting a little something fun, so I came up with this Chunky Monkey Oatmeal.
