My Reading List

**In the past year I’ve come across a number of books that through reading have changed my life. I want to share them with you and give you easy access to pick them up for yourself. If you purchase one through any of the highlighted links below, I’ll earn a small compensation at no extra cost to you!

Growing up I always enjoyed reading. There was that one time that I told my teacher I couldn’t read because I didn’t want to, but aside from that, I always had my nose in a book.

I loved historical fiction most, but I was always reading something. And then somewhere along the way, life happened. I got busy. And reading was no longer a priority.

But when I started coaching, it was a requirement to read at least 10 minutes of personal development every day. So I started carving out that time again, and I can honestly say it was one of the biggest pieces that helped me transform not only my health but also my life!

Now I get questions all the time about what I’m reading and what books I’d suggest, so I thought I’d share what I’m reading now (plus a few of my personal favorites)!

1. Daring Greatly

This is one of my newest picks for the month. I can’t wait to dive into it. If you’re wondering if it would be a good fit for you, it’s a great read for anyone who struggles with her imperfections, who feels ruled by expectations and wants to be free to live and love more.

2. Uninvited

Okay, so I just love Lysa TerKeurst and having gotten to hear her speak on more than one occasion now, I feel like I’m chatting with a good friend when I read her books. But this one was spot on for me. You should read this one if you have ever felt left out or set aside and need help learning to give up a little control in your life.

3. The Compound Effect

Ah! Seriously, this is one that I could read over and over again. If you have big goals and want to start seeing big results, you NEED to read this one to unlock the key of Big Mo and more!

4. The Go Giver

This is one that I happily pass along for it’s ability to help you reach your goals but to live a life that is more focused outward than inward. If you’ve been struggling with success, then it’s likely you’re looking in the wrong places, and this book will help you get it right.

5. The Body Book

Another new one for me, I’m excited to read the Body Book for a little more insight on making consistent healthy choices to live a a long, strong, happy, healthy life. I’ll give you an update as I dig into this one more.

Each of these books holds a special place in my heart and has helped me get to where I am today. I genuinely hope that you at some point get to enjoy each of them as well!
