For me, this journey isn’t just about exercising and eating right. It’s about learning to love myself and encouraging others to do the same. As women, we are especially susceptible to self-deprecating views, especially when it comes to our bodies. But, you know what? We only have one body – the body God designed for us – and it’s our responsibility to do our best to take care of and honor that design.
As I work on making healthy eating and daily exercise a part of my natural lifestyle, I do so in an effort to bring honor to the one body I have. It’s my desire to share that same vision with you and as many other women as I can. So, won’t you join me?
