Ingredients
  • - 2 medium chicken breasts, chopped
  • - 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • - ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Prepare veggies and chicken.
  3. Place veggies on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss to combine.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until veggies are slightly charred and chicken is cooked through.
