I’ve committed to being more intentional with my time this year and giving myself a little more “me time.” It’s often still a struggle, but I know it’s an important component of my health! So finding some fun options that really make me want to take that time has been another one of my priorities.
One of my favorite ways to spend a bit of that time is sipping on a warm cuppa something. 😉 Most of the time, I stick with black coffee, but every once in a while, I like to switch it up. I’m all the time looking for quick, easy breakfast options that give me a complete meal without all the fuss. I’ve found that smoothies are a great way to achieve that.
While my daily superfoods smoothie is usually my go-to, I like to mix it up once and a while, so I put this easy combination together. I mean peanut butter and banana…I’m not sure there is a more classic combination!
One of the ways that I’ve found to be most successful staying on track with healthy eating is meal planning, obviously. But aside from that, I also try to plan ahead for extra challenges by factoring our schedule and weekly activities into the plan.
