I’ve committed to being more intentional with my time this year and giving myself a little more “me time.” It’s often still a struggle, but I know it’s an important component of my health! So finding some fun options that really make me want to take that time has been another one of my priorities.

Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

I’m all the time looking for quick, easy breakfast options that give me a complete meal without all the fuss. I’ve found that smoothies are a great way to achieve that.
