I know the real reason for the season, but as far as celebrating goes, most of our traditions revolve around food. And I don’t mean the healthy ones. I don’t know about you, but every once in a while I just need a little detox. Whether it’s after vacation, a big birthday weekend, or even a major holiday, sometimes I just need something to clean out my system and help me get back on track with my goals. In the past, detox typically meant starvation for me, but with my recent focus on nutrition and really caring for my body, I wanted a better way, a healthier way to detox.
