I’m all the time looking for quick, easy breakfast options that give me a complete meal without all the fuss. I’ve found that smoothies are a great way to achieve that.
While my daily superfoods smoothie is usually my go-to, I like to mix it up once and a while, so I put this easy combination together. I mean peanut butter and banana…I’m not sure there is a more classic combination!
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup oats
- honey, to taste
- Combine ingredients in blender.
- Pulse until well blended.
For a fun but healthy chocolate fix, add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder to the mix!
